Returns and Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our Return and Refund Policy below:

Returns

You have 20 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Also, you need to contact us first before sending it back to understand your decision.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at WhatsApp number +970595034121 to request a return authorization. You will receive an address to return the package.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 30 days.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not eligible because each piece is customized according to the buyer’s preferences.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

Customized or personalized items
Items that have been worn or damaged by the customer
Items purchased during a sale or promotion (unless faulty)

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
